Committed to Safety and Wellness
GUIDELINES
Please arrive at your appointment on time, arrive with mask on, gloves are also recommended to ensure the safest environment for you and other clients. We kindly ask you to have removed any eye make-up prior to the appointment since this would be difficult to remove while you're wearing a mask. If you are unwell please reschedule/cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
With a new booking schedule we are booking our clients with plenty of time to completely sterilize and clean the room in between clients.
CANCELLATION
Luxe Lasherie requires 24 hours' notice via phone call, voicemail or email to the studio prior to any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of half the amount of the service scheduled charged to your debit or credit card.
FULL SETS
If any Full Set appointment is rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours' of the original appointment time, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The cancellation fee for a Full Set appointment is half the amount of the scheduled service.
TOUCH UPS
Luxe Lasherie requires that you have at least 50% of your lash extensions intact in order to meet Fill pricing. If you have less than 50%, your lash artist may recommend a Full Set, which may have to be rescheduled to a later date to allot the appropriate amount of time. If you believe you have less than 50% of your extensions, we recommend booking for a Full Set and letting your lash artist assess when you are here.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule and will charge 50% of the appointment fee. Out of respect and consideration for your lash stylist and other customers, please do your best to be on time.
FOREIGN FILLS
We currently do not accept any foreign fills form other lash salons. Since we will not be able to guarantee the quality and retention of the other persons work. We ask you to please book a Removal + a new lash set for us to accommodate you. Thank you for understanding.
BRINGING A PLUS ONE
Luxe Lasherie endeavors to make each guest experience as safe as possible. In order to do so, we politely ask that guests refrain from bringing anyone else but you to their appointments. Our technicians are focused on delivering the best possible service.
PETS
Luxe Lasherie does not allow pets or animals in the salon, with the exception of Certified Service Animals.
REMINDERS LASH HYGIENE
Please come to your appointments with clean eyelashes, since this is also difficult to remove while client is wearing a mask. Doing so will not only ensure that your stylist has ample time to complete your service, but clean eyelashes also have the best retention. If you are unable to do so, your artist can wash your eyelashes for you, however, this will limit the amount of time spent on your fill or full set.
